What do I need to do?

If necessary, be available for us to come to your home and connect your first digital set-top box for FREE if you don't already have one.

How will I know when to be available?

We're rolling out this transition neighborhood by neighborhood. We will notify you by phone when we plan to be in your area and we will make an appointment with you.

What happens if I do nothing?

We will not be able to provide you with your FREE digital set-top box. This means if you do not have a set-top box when we transition your area to 100% digital, you will no longer be able to view basic TV channels. To receive basic TV channels in the future, you will need to have a digital set-top box connected to your TV.
