Ways To Pay
Pay your cable bill without ever having to stand in line!
On receipt of your cable statement in the mail, you can use the postage paid return envelope to send your payment back via mail. We accept personal cheques, postal money and bank drafts.
Helpful Hint: If using this form of payment, please remember to send in time taking in account the period of delivery. Depending on your location, this may take several days to be processed.
Pre-Authorized Chequing (PAC)
Pre-Authorized Chequing is an arrangement made with Cable Bahamas Limited to have your cable balance paid directly from your bank account. Simply complete a form and Cable Bahamas Limited will take care of the rest — and what’s more, there’s no fee for this service! If you bank at:
- Royal Bank
- Scotia Bank
- First Caribbean (CIBC Branches only)
you can arrange for your monthly cable bill to be automatically deducted from your account.
Online (at your personal bank’s website or Cable Bahamas Limited’ website)
Pay online by registering your bill for online payment with any of the following banking institutions:
- Royal Bank of Canada
- Bank of Nova Scotia
- British American Bank
- First Caribbean Bank
- Commonwealth Bank
Create an account while you’re here. This service is free. Be sure to have the following information readily available:
Full Name of the Cable Bahamas Limited Account Holder
8-digit account number as it appears on your statement without dashes, beginning after 611. (i.e., 611-123456-01 would be entered as 12345601)
Valid email address
Once the account has been established, payment by credit card can be made on a recurring basis or on an as-needed basis. There is regular email notification whether payment has been processed successfully or payment has failed.
Cheque-Payment Drop Box
Attach the bill-payment stub to a cheque or bank draft and drop it in our cheque-payment drop box. Located on the outside of our office on Robinson Road (Nassau) and Mall Drive (main entrance East Atlantic Drive — Freeport), this box is easily accessible 24 hours daily. Payments will be processed within 48 hours. Please ensure that the following information is correctly noted on each cheque:
- Account Number
The drop box is for cheques only — no cash please.
If you do not have your statement or account number, please note the phone number tied to your account.
Post-Dated Cheque Payment
Go one step further and provide us with a series of post-dated cheques to be duly applied as payment to your account when due at the end of each successive month. Please ensure that the following information is correctly noted on each cheque:
- Account Number
