Take advantage of this feature by viewing your bill via the Bill View channel (channel 810). You also have the ability to view the summary of your account entries, that is, movies purchased, opening balance, ending balance and more. This feature is only accessible if you have a set top box.
This feature will allow you to obtain your current account balance information over the telephone using a touch tone phone. You will be prompted by the IVR menu for a series of responses using the touch tone pad, and will be provided with the many ways you can actually pay your bill. IVR feature can be used with or without a set top box. Customers wanting to use the IVR feature are asked to call 601-2200 (Customer Care), 601-8900 (Residential Internet Support), and 602-8800 (Freeport Customer Care) - at the time of calling - you will receive an option to enter the IVR menu.
