Realizing the importance of the REVON service to all of our commercial clients, we strive to offer the most prompt assistance. Should you have any service queries, promptly email them to us for urgent attention.
Email Updates
Cable Bahamas strives to provide the highest level of network reliability for our REVON subscribers. Sometimes network upgrades will necessitate short disruptions in service. Typically these planned outages are scheduled during early morning hours and subscribers will receive email notification in advance. It is important that you regularly check at least one REVON email account. If you are a REVON subscriber and you don’t have a REVON email address but would like to have one, or if you have not registered your current non-REVON email address, please contact customer support to register your preference.
If you choose to take a REVON address, please register at least three choices for a user name for your REVON email address. If you wish to register an email address that is not a REVON email address as your choice for receiving customer support email updates, please send your name and phone number along with your email address to REVON customer support. You can configure your REVON email account to forward received messages to another email address if you prefer.
