Accessing Your WebSpace...

You can open your web space using Microsoft Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows 98, Mac OS 9 or Mac OS X.

If you're using Windows XP, open My Computer, then choose Map Network Drive from the Tools menu.

If you're using Windows 2000, open My Computer, choose 'Map Network Drive' from the Tools menu, and click "Web folder or FTP site."

If you're using Windows 98, open your web browser and enter ftp://www.coraltools.com.

If you're using a Mac OS, you will need an ftp client to access your webspace. You can use the Transmit, from Panic software. Transmit can be downloaded here.

In each case above, enter the following as the location to add: ftp://www.coraltools.com. Use your CoralTools member name and password for authentication. If you don't have a member name and password you can request one with our customer support team.
