E-mail Updates
Cable Bahamas strives to provide the highest level of network reliability for our CoralWave subscribers. Sometimes network upgrades will necessitate short disruptions in service. Typically these planned outages are scheduled during early morning hours and subscribers will receive advance e-mail notification. It is important that you regularly check at least one CoralWave e-mail account. If you are a CoralWave subscriber and you don't have a CoralWave e-mail address but would like to have one or if you have not registered your current non-CoralWave e-mail address please contact customer support to register your preference.
If you choose to take a CoralWave address, please register at least three choices for a user name for your CoralWave e-mail address. If you wish to register an e-mail address that is not a CoralWave e-mail addressas your choice for receiving customer support e-mail updates, please send yourname and phone number along with your e-mail address to CoralWave customer support. You can configure your CoralWave e-mail account to forward received messages to another e-mail address if you prefer. |
