I saw an offensive show on your service. How do I report that?
We always welcome your feedback. It is important to remember that in most cases we’re just passing through the shows carried by one of our programming partners. You may want to send your comments to the programmer directly. We list contact information for most providers here.
What channels are included with the Premium Services?
The premium services have most of the movie channels you could possibly want, including HBO, Showtime, The Movie Channel, and Cinemax. Premium channels are available in several groups: SuperVIEW, SportsPAK, FamilyPAK, HomePAK, and Entertainment EXTRA! depending on your service area. Please see your Television line-up in your area for more details.
My cable is out. What should I do?
Please report all outages by calling the customer service telephone number listed on your billing statement. Before you call, please check to see if the electricity is on, the television is plugged in and that your TV is on the correct channel if you have a converter or VCR hooked up.
Will Cable Bahamas install extra outlets if I'm a renter?
Yes, but you will need to obtain written permission from your landlord authorizing Cable Bahamas to install/move outlets at your direction.
I think my neighbor is stealing cable. What should I do?
Please contact Cable Bahamas if you feel someone is receiving services without paying for them. It is illegal to fraudulently obtain cable service by attaching a wire or device to the converter or any other company wires or equipment. The penalties under the law include fines up to $10,000, imprisonment or both. While in some cases we offer amnesty if the offender agrees to become a paying customer, we do find it necessary to prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. Cable theft industry-wide costs operators over $1 billion annually and can drive up monthly costs for our honest, paying customers.
How do I request a channel not currently carried on my channel line-up?
Channel requests help us to make decisions when we have the ability to add to or change a channel line-up. You may submit your request by calling the customer service number listed on your monthly billing statement, in person or by e-mail at info@cablebahamas.com. Please do not include any written correspondence with your payment.
How do I block out channels I don't want to receive?
Customers can have channels removed from their cable line-up by using the parental control feature available on your set-top box. Depending on the model of television or VCR you have, you could program your own television equipment to block programming you prefer not to receive.
What is Oceans Digital Pay-Per-View?
Oceans Digital is the service that brings hundreds of movies and sporting events into your home at an affordable price.
How do I order a Pay-Per-View movie?
1. Tune in to channel 5 or 6, for the scheduled movie time.
2. Select desired channel, then press SEL/OK button to order.
3. Enter password or press SEL/OK to confirm.
4. Once this is complete, your account will be automatically charged.

NOTE: Please safe guard your account against unwanted purchases by setting a Pay-Per-View password.
I am getting a message that is telling me to call my cable operator, what should I do?
If you are delinquent on your cable bill, you may be unable to process your order. Another reason may be that you have reached the maximum dollar amount allowed for Pay-Per-View each month. Please contact us if you believe this to be the case.
How do I cancel a Pay-Per-View order?
If you have not yet pressed the SEL/OK button twice, you may cancel at any point by pressing the EXIT/LAST/FAV button on your remote control.
I am being billed for a movie I did not order, what do I do?
If you believe that you are being billed for movies that you did not order, you will need to contact us to determine what the problem may be. You may also set up a Pay Per View Password to safeguard against misuse of your set top purchasing options.
