REV has launched a rewards and recognition programme to celebrate employees who are performing consistently well or have shown significant improvement over time. The company announced its first group of honourees during a recent corporate event at the Phil Keeping Building. There, each nominee received $500 and executives revealed the four employees who won in their respective categories for the first quarter of 2017.
Employees were recognised for excelling in managerial/leadership areas as well as for customer support and customer-facing jobs. REV will continue honouring its top-performing employees at the close of each quarter culminating in a reveal of the company’s manager, supervisor and employees of the year.

The implementation of this rewards programme will not only encourage employees at every level to put their best effort forward, but will also help to elevate company morale and our standard of excellence.
