After a radical rebranding exercise in 2011, Cable Bahamas has reinvented itself yet again by giving its web presence a complete makeover. The upgraded company site, which goes live on Thursday, June 18 at, has been entirely rebuilt to include an ultramodern design, streamlined user experience, enhanced content and expanded features.

Cable Bahamas Ltd advises that its cable TV subscribers on the Family Islands are currently experiencing an outage of service for ZNS (cable ch 11/211). This outage is due to an issue that the Broadcasting Corporation of The Bahamas (BCB) is currently experiencing with its "uplink" facility at the New Providence headquarters.

Cable Bahamas Ltd (CBL) announced today that it would be proposing at its upcoming annual general meeting a three-for-one (3:1) share split of its ordinary shares, providing greater marketability and liquidity in the market and making shares more affordable, especially to potential smaller investors. If approved, the directors of the company will determine the timetable for the share split.
