REV expands its digital payment footprint with ALIV.
The demand for on-line payment with credit and debit cards has increased exponentially since the national lockdown. More consumers are seeking digital payment options to help keep themselves safe during this time. REV has placed a huge focus on digital transformation and innovation, generating more flexible bill payment opportunities. As such, REV customers can now make REV bill payment using their MYALIV app.
In the weeks following the national lockdown, REV negotiated agreements with a number of partners to facilitate alternate payment options for customers, including SunCash, Solomon’s Food Stores, and most recently all ALIV digital payment platforms.
REV customers are now able to make payments utilizing the My ALIV App. Payments via My ALIV Kiosks and all ALIV Top-up portals will also become viable bill payment options for REV customers soon.
REV Marketing Manager Melissa Colebrook said, “With consumers no longer able to make payments through traditional storefront, we are continuously seeking simple and easy ways for our customers to manage their REV account. While we have a number of digital payment options available for our customers, we think allowing customers to use the ALIV portals is another way to make their REV experience as convenient as possible.”
