REV has made an additional 30 channels open to basic TV subscribers and waived all reconnection fees for previously disconnected customers.
REV customers whose accounts have been previously disconnected due to non-payment will be pleased to note that REV is waiving all reconnection fees for customers who wish to reopen their accounts.
In light of the widespread implications following the proliferation of the COVID-19 pandemic, the communications provider realizes that services like television, phone and Internet are critical for customers to stay abreast in these quickly changing times. REV is attempting to lighten the burden on its currently disconnected subscribers by making the reconnection process as seamless as possible.
The communications provider is also sweetening the deal for existing ‘Prime’ or basic TV customers by providing them with 32 additional TV channels at no additional cost.
REV CEO Franklyn Butler commented on the initiative saying, “This channel increase is a gesture of goodwill to our valued customers in this difficult time.
