Keshala Knowles is a passionate business leader and HR professional who believes in mentoring and developing others as they grow and succeed in the field of Human Resources.

With more than 20 years of Human Resources experience, her career spans various industries including Aviation, Hospitality, Banking & Finance, and Telecommunications where she previously held Senior leadership roles in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Labour Relations & Employee Relations. She is currently the Director of Human Resources at Cable Bahamas Group of Companies Limited.

Keshala holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development and Human Resources Management from The University of Western Ontario and a Master’s certification in Organizational Leadership from Villanova University. She holds numerous business and HR designations including Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM-Certified Professional certifications (SHRM-CP).

She has served as Vice President of Membership on the Bahamas Society of Human Resource Management Executive Board. Community minded and always seeking opportunities to positively impact and mentor others, she currently serves as the Chairperson of The University of the Bahamas’ Employer Advisory Board and Job Placement Committee.
