Nicola Roy currently holds the position of VP of Finance at Cable Bahamas Ltd. Nicola Roy joined the company in December 2016. Before joining the executive management team of Aliv, Mrs. Roy held the positions of Director Financial Planning and Analysis and Director of Finance at Aliv. As VP Finance Mrs. Roy is responsible for financial reporting, cash flow management and accounting controls.

Mrs. Roy has over 20-years’ experience in auditing and financial planning and reporting and human capital management. Prior to joining Aliv she held various positions within the Finance Division and Human Resources Division at Atlantis. She is a former auditor at Ernst & Young where her portfolio of customers included financial service and healthcare institutions. Mrs. Roy is Certified Public Accountant and licensed member of the Bahamas Institute of Accountants.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Florida Southern College, Lakeland Florida and an associate of arts degree in accounting from The College of The Bahamas. She is married with two sons.
